"LORD OF THE RINGS"-"PG13"
This movie will be one of the top box office draws for many weeks and probably will outdraw the Harry Potter movie. It is loaded with fantasy special effects that leave you glued to your seat throughout(almost 3 hours), wondering what will be next. Having never read the book, I was worried of not being able to understand this movie, yet I was impressed with the details of the story in the beginning that let you completely follow every scene as it unfolds before you. The cast was very well portrayed, with Froto(Elijah Wood) being flawless. There are many fighting spectacles, but very little blood, making about the only scary part for younger kids being the faces of some characters. The only bad part of the entire movie is the ending, which I will not reveal, but you will understand upon viewing! I will pay to see this movie agian, just to be sure I missed nothing the first time!

"OCEANS 11"-"PG13"
ARE YOU IN OR OUT?
This is the question asked to all involved in the biggest Casino heist in history. Danny Ocean(George Clooney) has 3 rules in bussiness- don't hurt anybody, don't steal from anyone who doesn't deserve it, and play the game like you've got nothing to lose, and uses to perfection. With an all-star cast, Danny is out to steal from the one who stole from him, Terry Benedict(Andy Garcia), but it wasn't money that was stolen, it was his wife Tess(Julia Roberts).
The movie appears to start slow, but you must pay attention to each character as to learn the part they will play. As the movie progresses, the action picks up and you are constantly wondering how they are going to pull this obscene idea off! The ending is very suprising and leaves you knowing that this movie ticket was well worth it!

"ALI"-"R"
Anyone who had knowledge of Ali's past, would find this to be basically a biography of sorts. Myself, remembering him as a great boxer that changed the views of many people, really found this to be a sad movie. Although Ali(Will Smith), was portrayed well, I wanted to see more of Ali the Boxer, not Ali the womanizer, nor Ali fighting the system, etc. Though the movie did show much of his personnal past, it didn't show much of his boxing, which I feel he will be more remembered for. There were a couple of good fight scenes, but that was it. In the previews he is playing with kids, in the movie this was left out. His Olympic career was removed and much of what happened after the Supreme Court overturned his conviction was not here either. While we are shown a small part of the life of a man who has become immortal, the movie, I feel, would have been something to see on Biography, not something that you should have to pay to see.

"HARRY POTTER AND THE SORCERERS STONE"-"PG"
This movie definitely lived up to the hype. Special effects were magnificent. Anyone who has not read the Harry Potter series of books(like me), will still almost understand everything about this movie. Harry is a boy with a gift from his parents, even though he does not know it. He finds out through little happenings that something is there, but does not know exactly what. His evil Aunt and Uncle, who are caring for him after his parents have died, do not let him in on the secret, even though they are aware. He finally receives a visit from an old family friend and he finds out. he is then led on a journey that most every kid(and adult too!) would love to take part in! The movie is clear enough for kids to understand and entertaining enough to keep the attention of all watching!i myself can not wait until the next one!
